4. Professional experience:
Ms Janni Kronborg is a 32 year old consultant with broad experience in social responsibility issues. She has worked extensively with particularly gender equality and HIV/AIDS, sustainable livelihoods, human rights and democratization.
Ms Kronborg has focused her work on coupling daily work practices and objectives with social responsibility issues, both internally in DEM and externally as a social responsibility expert. In this position, she develops and incorporates indicators of social responsibility into business and project activities, usually through stakeholder wide workshops, social dialogue and partnerships. Ms Kronborg also has experience with community awareness rising of social issues. An example is her current work with assessing the social practices and initiatives in relation to gender and energy efficiency in Indonesia, which includes identification and recommendations to concrete social responsibility activities and workshops. A number of the activities are currently being implemented. Please refer to the selected list of assignments for other concrete examples of her work.
At DEM, she is the acknowledged expert on CSR and is as such involved in the DEM Business Integrity Management System.
