Mrs Mariager has a profound expertise and over 15 years of experience of Energy Efficiency in buildings. She is an expert in energy efficiency, integrated energy design in buildings and analysis of overall energy consumption in buildings. Furthermore, Mrs Mariager has 6 years of experience of working as an Associate Professor in HVAC systems, integrated energy design and energy efficient building design. This has given her profound experience in training.

Mrs Mariager is working on a broad spectrum of energy-related assignments that support development of renewable energy, energy efficiency and energy conservations and is highly experienced in such measures in the design of buildings. Her considerable experience with energy-efficiency and renewable energy covers a broad range of project and activity types – from overarching policies and strategies to building energy audits and project monitoring; from economic analysis and climate change issues, to detailed technical and economic feasibility studies and audits.

As associate professor at the Engineering College of Aarhus Ms Mariager has been communicating technical information at an educational and well prepared way to secure the students the maximum benefit. She was responsible for the overall planning of courses of lecturing for various semesters at the Civil and Constructional Engineering studies and at The Architectural Engineering studies as well as she was the coordinator for the team of profession within installations. Mrs Mariager has carried out teaching and supervision in HVAC, building energy, technical installations, indoor climate, integrated energy design and renewable energy as classroom teaching and supervision on project works. Mrs Mariager has a great ability for giving a lively lecturing and she is an outgoing person and gains always a good relationship of trust with the students.

As consulting engineer Mrs Mariager has gained wide experience within project managing, design and supervising of building installations, and has build up qualifications within environmental- and energy correct design and constructions.

Mrs Mariager manages several programmes of calculation and tools for simulation within physics of energy systems, renewable energy and indoor climate and heating.
